Return order

Returning a purchased product from the hop.bg online store is very easy. You just need to fill out the given form. All fields are required. Here are the conditions to return the product:

• The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• All accompanying documents must be attached (warranty card, receipt, postal money order, invoice, etc.).
• Refunds are made only and exclusively by bank transfer.
• Transport costs are at the expense of the User.

          *In order to avoid cases of abuse, the refund is made as soon as we receive the shipment and check its condition, packaging and documents.
