Hop.bg offers you fast and secure delivery to: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Pleven, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Lovech, Dobrich, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Smolyan, Shumen, Sliven, Razgrad, Montana, Vidin, Vratsa, Silistra, Targovishte, Kardzhali, Kyustendil, Gabrovo, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Yambol, Pernik and others.

DELIVERY METHOD

You can receive the equipment you requested in two ways, and you should mention your preference when filling out the order form:

To be delivered by a courier to an address you specify.

The products offered by hop.bg reach you through the services of the courier company Speedy.

To personally pick up the product on site from our physical stores in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse and Pleven.

If the product is not available in the specified store on hop.bg, the customer has the following delivery options:

• we send the goods within 1 to 3 business days, for which the customer pays the corresponding amount (according to the product category)
• delivery within 10 business days in our store – the customer does not pay for the transport service.

SHIPPING COST

The delivery cost of products ordered from hop.bg is determined by their category – computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc. The prices are as follows:

• Smartphone/Tablet - 5.11€
• Laptop - 5.11€
• Computer - 5.11€.
• Monitor -  5.11 €
• Accessories - 3.57 €
• Workstations - 7.66 €
• Printers - 7.11 €.
• Multifunctional devices - 7.11 €

The delivery prices include VAT and are valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

When ordering more than one product, the customer pays 50% of the delivery amount for each subsequent product.

Example: If you order two tablets, you pay 15 € (10 € for the delivery of the first and 5 € for the delivery of the second).

Some of the products have free delivery. This is noted in the product description and means that the delivery is at the expense of hop.bg.

PAYMENT OF DELIVERY

Payment for delivery is made according to the method you have chosen to pay for the ordered product.

• When paying with Cash on Delivery - you pay the courier the amount for the product plus the amount for delivery or only the amount for the product when purchasing one with free delivery.
• When paying for the product by Bank Transfer - you pay the amount for the product plus the amount for delivery by bank transfer, via a transfer order.
• When paying via PayPal - you pay the amount for the product plus the amount for delivery.
• when paying with a bank card via VPOS - you pay the total amount for the product plus the amount for delivery, via bank card.
• when purchasing on installment/leasing – the delivery amount is added to the product amount.

Example: If you order a laptop for €399, the delivery price is €10, the total amount to be financed by the credit institution will be €409

WHERE DO I SEE THE DELIVERY COST

The delivery cost is mentioned in the description of each product.

It is also indicated and visualized when filling out the order form.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for the product you ordered is from 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of the order by a hop.bg employee.

OPTION “REVIEW AND TEST“

Every customer who has purchased a product from hop.bg has the right to take advantage of the option that the courier company hired by us offers upon receipt - Review and Test.

• If the contents of the delivery do not match the characteristics of the ordered product, the customer may not accept the product and does not pay the courier costs for returning the product to the sender hop.bg.
• If the customer refuses to accept the shipment for any other reason, he must pay the courier costs for returning the product to the sender.
• If damage to the contents is found, the customer does not pays the value of the product, as well as the costs of returning the shipment to the sender hop.bg.
