But is this a real change in the way we use our computers, or just another marketing campaign to convince us to replace our fully functional laptop?

The truth, as is often the case, is somewhere in the middle.

Simply put, an AI laptop is a computer that has specialized hardware for processing tasks related to artificial intelligence.
