Most Popular Questions When Choosing an iPhone

In today's blog post, we'll address some of the most popular customer questions when choosing an iPhone.

1. Which iPhone model should I choose if I want to migrate from Android to iOS?

The preferences of people migrating from Android to iOS are iPhone 12 and 13. Both models are very affordable and offer absolutely everything a user would want to have -- great display, great camera, good battery life, convenient and easy-to-use device. Generally, it all comes down to user preferences, as there are also those who would prefer the newest and most current models and would get iPhone 14 or 15.

The advantage of iPhones over other brands is that they "age" much more slowly. Many people who migrate from Android to iOS subsequently don't want to hear about Android anymore. Such migration nowadays is much easier than it was years ago. For example, today there is software that transfers information (contacts, photos, etc.) from Android to iOS and vice versa. Even setting up iCloud wasn't such an easy task a few years ago.

2. Is the development of RAM memory in respective models a decisive factor?

If we start from iPhone 12, it has 4GB RAM, which is the same as iPhone 13. With the 14, RAM memory increases to 6GB, which remains the same amount in iPhone 15. In iPhones, RAM memory is not as significant as it is in Android phones, since the hardware and software work much better than in Android phones. So there isn't a noticeable difference in RAM memory between different models.

3. Can you charge the phone with a laptop charger?

In principle, this is possible, but a laptop charger (for example, MacBook) is 87W, and if the phone is set to charge with an 87-watt charger, it can have very bad consequences for its battery. In our service center, phones that have been charged with incorrect chargers have come in quite often. These phones somehow malfunction. According to specifications, each device accepts chargers up to a certain power. In short -- we don't recommend charging a phone with 80-90-watt power supplies.

4. Repairs

Of all models, iPhone 15 is designed to be the easiest to repair. Here we need to clarify that it's the easiest to repair purely technologically (to replace some component), but price-wise, the components of the 15 are much more expensive than those of older models. It should also be noted that there is a big difference in the prices of individual components -- for example, a battery or camera malfunction (which happens less frequently) is much more expensive than repairing a broken display.

iPhone 12 is the cheapest to maintain, repair, and replace components. However, it's already somewhat

5. Conclusion

In conclusion, we can say that iPhone 13 combines the best performance and latest technologies relative to its price. iPhone 15, on the other hand, is for people who insist on having the newest in their hands; the phone has the highest performance and has the most technologies combined in it.
