Usually about 500 charging cycles are done on such a battery, and a full cycle is not every connection to the adapter. For example, you charged your phone to 100%, used 70% and the battery is left at 30%. You turn it on again to charge to 100% and only when you use up 30% does a full cycle occur.
Another important information you need to know is that if you replace the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 or iPhone 12, 13, 14 battery with a new battery, whether original or not, you will see the following message:
"Warning: Unable to Verify This iPhone Has a Genuine Battery"
