Every user has the right to return or exchange a product purchased from the electronic store www.hop.bg within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, according to the LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION art. 55, para. 1.

  Return and exchange conditions

• Every order is sent by hop.bg with the "View and test" option. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, he should pay the courier costs for returning the product to the sender.
• Transport costs are at the expense of the User.
• In the event of a return or exchange, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, with all attached accessories and packaging, original warranty card, fiscal receipt and/or invoice and without damaged warranty stickers.
• A replacement product may be similar or identical, of the same or greater value with additional payment by the Buyer.
• To make an online request to return the product, after which our consultant will contact you to confirm the return
• Shipments should have a "View and test" option added.
• Shipments without added "View and test" option, without packaging, without submitted return request and without Sender information are not accepted!
• In order to avoid misuse, the contents of the package will be checked by a hop.bg employee. The product will be accepted by hop.bg if no shortages or damages are found.
• Once the shipment has been accepted, a hop.bg employee will contact you for confirmation. You will receive back the full value you paid. The refund is made only and only by bank transfer within 3 working days!

Non-returnable products

• Amounts paid for services.
• Devices with accounts enabled or locked with a password.
• No refunds are given for a paid license for Windows 10.

* Once the license for Windows 10 Home or Pro offered by hop.bg is attached to a laptop or computer purchased by you, it is tied to the serial number of the device and it is impossible to remove it.

Example: If you bought a laptop for 1000 BGN + 69 BGN Windows 10 Pro REF, when you return the product, the amount that will be refunded to you is 1000 BGN.
