Today we continue one of the topics from our previous blog articles and we will look at the Pro Max models of the iPhone between 12 and 15. We will compare several main features of the Pro Max models such as design, display, camera, battery and Apple's innovations in the different models. We have again focused on the models from 12 to 15, since the iPhone 11 Pro Max is already out of support and is not of much interest to users.

1. Design

One of the most obvious differences between the Pro Max models and the Pro models of the iPhone is the size of the phones. With the Pro Max, the devices can now "boast" a 6.7-inch display. The main innovation with the iPhone Pro Max 15 compared to its predecessors is the titanium frame.

The processors and cameras of the Pro Max models are similar to those we have already looked at in the Pro models, namely 6GB RAM, 128GB of starting memory and a 12MP camera in the 12 and 13 Pro Max, with the 14 only having a 48MP camera. In the iPhone 15 Pro Max we have 8GB RAM, 256GB of base memory and a 48MP camera.

4. Battery

Both the Pro and Pro Max models have higher capacity batteries than the standard models. For example, if the battery of a Pro or Pro Max model is at 80-85%, there is no problem for it to last until the end of the day without needing to be charged. In the batteries of the various Pro Max models, roughly speaking, we have an increase of 9 hours of endurance when the models increase from 12 to 15. For example, Apple guarantees that the battery of the iPhone 12 Pro Max lasts at least 20 hours. while in the 15 Pro Max they are already 29. Of course, it all depends on the load with which the phone is used.

Large phones like the iPhone Pro Max are very convenient to work with. They are for people who make a living with their phone and are constantly on the move. It literally allows for remote work. It is also quite popular among people who are more demanding and want to always be up to date with the latest technologies. Last but not least, the large phone is also convenient for games and social networks.

At the same time, however, such a large device also has its drawbacks. It is quite uncomfortable to wear, especially when we have to wear it in pants with narrower pockets or in the summer on the beach with wide pockets, from which it can easily fall out due to its great weight.

Purely in terms of price, the difference between the iPhone 12 and 15 Pro Max is not small at all, but that's why they are suitable for different types of people. Those who want an Apple phone that has a good camera, a good display and a good battery get both more budget options (such as the 12 and 13 Pro Max) and the latest offerings on the market (such as the 14 and 15 Pro Max).
