1. Return or exchange policy

When ordering online, the legal period for return or exchange is 14 days. 2. Why is the keyboard not in Bulgarian?

The keyboards do not have Cyrillic, because the business class machines themselves are not manufactured for our market, but for the market of the country from which they were imported. For this reason, the keyboard is either Scandinavian, European, or English, with the difference between the three types being minimal and limited to three characters. When Windows is installed, the symbols in question work with Cyrillic, so there is no problem with using another keyboard. We have the options to have the keyboard changed or described, but 99% of customers do not want something like that, because in recent years Bulgarian Phonetic has become the standard and Bulgarian BDS is now very rarely used.

3. Is a laptop ready to work when purchased

Every laptop has a test Windows, which shows the customer that the computer itself is working. There are many cases when purchasing a laptop in which a customer does not want an operating system installed. Subsequently, the customer in question directly starts working with the laptop, which is very incorrect, since no Windows updates have been made and absolutely no drivers have been uploaded. After a short period of time, the customer returns to the store with a complaint that either the mouse or the touchpad, sound, microphone, webcam, HDMI are not working, which is precisely due to the fact that drivers have not been uploaded and the correct things have not been installed.

Therefore, with the option with licensed Windows when issuing the computer from our side, we simply guarantee that everything is in order. The advantages are that the operating system is licensed, with an invoice, legal, all updates are supported until the last and is issued with the necessary drivers.

Often, customers ask us if the licensed Windows goes with the Office package. In principle, Windows does not go with another product. The Office package is a separate licensed Microsoft product that we do not offer as part of the Windows package, but can be offered additionally. When a customer buys a computer, we install Windows and drivers for him and from there he already installs the programs he will use himself.

4. Technical specifications

All our laptops work very well and are balanced in terms of processor, RAM, SSD or hard drive. It is important to know that we do not sell just numbers, but working equipment that can behave adequately, and not, for example, having 150GB RAM, but having a 64GB SSD and a dual-core processor. Of course, we have the option to add RAM and more disk space according to the customer's needs.
